If you prefer a heavier weight to the bottom end of your pen, increased stability for those used to a slightly heavier machine. Or to even out weight balance when using a battery pack on the pen. 

Expertly machined from a solid block of 316L Surgical Steel, fully autoclave friendly, maintains the Click twist throw adjustment on the DSM PEN. 

Simply unscrew off your original aluminium grip, and twist this one on in its place.

30mm Diameter, 140g in weight (almost double the entire standard pens total weight)
